Yes, it is very hot. I am not complaining though, give me 40 degrees any day (always better than -40 degrees)!
Great for long walks. I love walking… it’s so calming. Cheaper and healthier way of getting to places as well. I explored these places over the last few weeks, have you been there before?

This is part of the Walter Bean Trail.
Simply park at Rim Park Recreation Center, and walk on!
This view of Grand River is just amazing.
I do not like backtracking, so I completed the whole trail.
It took me about 1.5 hours. I think most people backtrack though, at least for families with younger kids. I saw a little girl getting so tired and just decided to nap under a bench. Haha!
I highly recommend this trail. Breathtaking.

Two entrances – one on Lexington and the other on University.
You will be surprised by the hidden treasures within.
Told ya!
I usually enter on Lexington, and exits on University (just before the highway entrance).
There are numerous split routes within the park so it can take slightly more than an hour to finish exploring the whole park.
They also have an underground link to Forwell Park.
Yes, this is right on University Avenue.
